Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred; must speak, read, and write in both languages.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience or 3–5 years in staffing, recruiting, customer service, sales, or related field.
• Experience in staffing, branch management, workforce management, or supervision is preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, presentation, and follow‑up skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand staffing needs and provide qualified, reliable talent.
• Manage recruiting, scheduling, onboarding, orientation, and placement of temporary employees.
• Match employee skills and experience with client requirements to ensure quality placements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service.
• Monitor attendance, performance, productivity, and quality standards.
• Coach, mentor, and recognize temporary employees to encourage engagement and retention.
• Coordinate with staffing vendors and support vendor management programs.
• Supervise Workforce Staffing Specialists and Workforce Supervisors as needed.
• Step in to perform staffing, recruiting, supervisory, and workforce management duties when necessary.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as needed to support successful staffing operations.
