Job summary

SURGE Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Workforce Manager proficient in English and Spanish or Creole to support a major client. The role focuses on delivering high-quality service by matching temporaries to client needs and developing strong business relationships.

The position may supervise Workforce Staffing Specialists and involves coordinating training, performance coaching, and implementing company programs to ensure quality and profitability.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak in both English and Spanish (or Creole).
• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years supervisory experience or 3–5 years customer service experience.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.
• Strong leadership, communication and sales skills.
• Ability to travel to various locations (e.g., client sites) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Obtain detailed assignment information from the customer and use it to provide effective customer service.
• Implement and manage Quality Standards, including the Performance Selection System (PSS).
• Customize recruiting, training, recognition and retention programs for optimum service.
• Supervise Workforce Staffing Specialists and provide guidance as needed.
• Present HR services and other offerings to the client to secure business opportunities.
• Conduct regular client meetings to ensure strong communication and relationships.
• Monitor profitability and reconcile invoices for final approval.
• Provide orientation to temporaries and monitor attendance and performance.
• Produce management reports and adhere to company policies.
