Pro Staff Hire is seeking a dependable bilingual Onsite Staffing Coordinator to support one of our warehouse operations in the Columbus area. You will recruit, onboard, track attendance, and ensure smooth daily execution on the floor.

This role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to learn timekeeping and staffing software. No advanced HR degree needed, just reliability and people skills.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Basic computer skills including email and spreadsheets.
• Ability to learn timekeeping, recruiting, and staffing software.
• Organized and able to track multiple employees and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard employees for warehouse positions.
• Communicate with applicants and employees by phone, text, and in person.
• Track attendance, call-offs, tardiness, and staffing needs.
• Review timekeeping for payroll accuracy.
• Follow up on missing or incorrect punches and timekeeping issues.
• Maintain basic employee and staffing records using computer systems and spreadsheets.
• Walk the warehouse floor to check on employees and operations.
• Maintain onsite presence and communicate updates during shifts.
• Observe and report potential safety concerns.
• Help reinforce rules, attendance, and safety procedures.
• Assist employees with questions and resolve issues when needed.
• Communicate staffing, attendance, safety, and operations updates to management.
• Help resolve basic employee issues and support onsite needs.
