• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site client contact and temporary workforce.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and employees.
• Recruit, onboard, and match qualified candidates.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance.
• Communicate staffing needs to client representatives.
• Process background checks, I-9s, and E-Verify.
• Assist with Workers' Compensation claims and incident reporting.
• Reconcile vendor invoices and maintain records.
• Complete administrative tasks and reporting timely.
• Support employee engagement and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
