Job summary

Surge Staffing is seeking an organized, customer-focused Bilingual On-Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day staffing operations at our key client location in Columbus, OH. This role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and temporary staff.

Schedule: Monday–Friday 2:00pm–11:00pm. You will recruit, onboard, match candidates, monitor attendance, process background checks, I-9s and E-Verify, and coordinate with client representatives

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site contact for the client and temporary workforce.
• Recruit, onboard, and match qualified candidates to meet client staffing needs.
• Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and performance; ensure client requirements are met.
