The role requires supervisory experience and strong customer service, with daily reporting and payroll responsibilities.

The position is onsite with a 8am-7pm M-F shift, potential overtime, and a salary range of $45,000–$48,000 plus benefits. We value experience in staffing and production environments.

Qualifications

• Onsite supervisor experience in staffing a plus.
• Recruiting for a production facility required.
• Bilingual Spanish and English required.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Ability to drive and meet KPIs.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and time/attendance management.

Responsibilities

• Lite industrial recruiting.
