Mark III Construction in Reno is seeking a bilingual Part-Time HR & Recruiting Coordinator to support onboarding, HR administration, and local recruiting. The role acts as the local HR ambassador, delivering orientations, presenting culture and policies, and coordinating with field leadership.

It offers growth as Mark III expands in Reno, with potential to move to a full-time HR position and broader responsibilities within the Reno market.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR, recruiting, or related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• HR experience in construction or manufacturing preferred.
• Experience conducting onboarding and/or new-hire orientations.
• Confident presenting information to individuals and groups.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new-hire orientations and onboarding sessions for Reno employees.
• Present Mark III's culture, policies, benefits, safety expectations, and Core Values to new employees.
• Ensure new hires complete onboarding documentation and assessments.
• Assist employees with HR questions and direct them to resources.
• Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee records and onboarding timelines.
• Coordinate with the corporate HR team for consistent HR support in Reno.
• Support employee communications and engagement in the Reno market.
• Recruiting support for M3 MEP, M3 Service, and M3 Components.
