Qualifications

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
• Experience in industrial staffing or managing a workforce in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Highly organized multitasker in a fast-paced warehouse setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage field employees, including attendance, coaching, and terminations.
• Communicate clearly and work well both independently and in teams.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain accurate records and reporting.
