Job summary

Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in Reno, NV is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to deliver full-cycle recruitment across exempt and non-exempt roles. You will partner with HR and business leaders to define candidate profiles, develop sourcing strategies, and manage candidates end-to-end.

You will support campus recruiting, recruitment events, and employer branding while building sustainable talent pipelines. Proficiency with Workday, LinkedIn, and Indeed will be essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
• 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting or HR generalist experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across exempt and non-exempt positions, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR representatives, and operational leaders to define candidate profiles and drive timely hiring decisions.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using Workday, LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean search, and referrals.
• Build and maintain pipelines for current and future needs, with emphasis on high-volume roles.
• Deliver a professional candidate experience throughout recruitment and selection.
• Maintain accurate data in Workday and ensure compliance with recruiting practices.
• Advise managers on candidate quality, market conditions, and interview practices.
• Represent the organization at career fairs, campus events, and recruitment activities.
