ShipMonk, a tech-powered 3PL, seeks an experienced Hourly Recruiter to own the full cycle for high-volume warehouse roles in Louisville, KY. The contractor will source, screen, interview, manage offers, and coordinate start dates in a fast-paced environment, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

The role is onsite at our Louisville location and focuses on building a robust candidate pipeline to meet weekly hiring goals while delivering a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience for high-volume roles.
• Experience recruiting for hourly, warehouse or logistics roles preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred for candidate screening.
• Ability to build and manage a candidate pipeline and hit weekly hiring targets.
• Strong communication and coordination with Operations, HR/P&C and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day recruiting process for high-volume warehouse positions.
• Source, screen, interview, and manage offers and start dates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and generate reports.
• Support onsite hiring events and orientations as needed.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and operations teams to meet hiring goals.
