Arvato is seeking a skilled Recruiter to attract, source, and select top talent to support our growing logistics operations in Louisville, KY. You will partner with hiring managers, build candidate pipelines, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting in logistics, are bilingual in Spanish, and proficient with ATS tools.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to source and attract candidates in logistics and related industries.
• Experience screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with hiring managers and candidates.
• Bilingual in Spanish with professional communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build a pipeline for current and future roles.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess fit and qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interviewers.
• Advise hiring managers on interviewing best practices and selection steps.
• Assist in creating clear, compelling job descriptions.
• Maintain timely, transparent communication with candidates.
