Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting or workforce management.
• Knowledge in warehouse staffing.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred if possible.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial and production roles.
• Onboard and assign talent to client facilities in a timely and compliant manner.
• Act as the on-site representative and primary point of contact for temporary employees.
• Monitor attendance, track time, and assist with scheduling needs.
• Issue PPE and ensure staff adhere to safety policies and site protocols.
• Support and manage employee relations, including coaching and performance feedback.
• Partner with client contacts to understand hiring needs and provide workforce solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in alignment with company and client expectations.
• Share real-time client updates and job requirements during team calls to improve fill speed.
