• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with background checks, I-9, and E-Verify.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Meet the temporary help and training needs for the client.
• Provide high quality service to customers and temps.
• Develop and retain business through exceptional service.
• Perform administrative tasks supporting quality service.
• Monitor attendance of employees.
• Process and assist with Workers' Compensation claims.
• Reconcile invoices from vendors.
• Supervise On-Site Staffing Specialists as needed.
