Responsibilities

• Deliver superb customer service to clients and temporary associates.
• Recruit, conduct interviews and follow-up with candidates and temporary associates.
• Perform resume searches and refer to candidate pool to fulfill client orders.
• Match employee skill sets to customers' hiring needs and develop leads.
• Nurture partnerships with clients and maximize branch profits.
• Handle administrative tasks supporting quality performance.
• Conduct service calls and outside sales calls to obtain new business.
