Job summary

PROMAN Staffing USA is seeking an On-Site Supervisor to support a client site in Budd Lake, NJ. You will partner with client HR and branch staff to ensure staffing, performance, and compliance with company policies.

You will lead recruiting, prescreen and interview candidates, coordinate orientations, coach employees, and produce key metrics reports. The role requires a bachelor’s in HR or related field, supervisory experience, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in all facets of human resources including recruitment.
• Warehouse experience a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent.
• Ability to report on metrics and business analytics.
• Ability to develop strong relationships across the organization.
• Supervisory experience.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word/Outlook/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Relationship Building – walk the floor and support the client’s HR team.
• Recruiting & Hiring – source candidates via job boards and social media.
• Prescreen and interview – conduct behavioral interviews and reference checks.
• Orientation – conduct new hire orientations and review client policies.
• Employee Relations – coach and guide employees; manage attendance and actions.
• Reporting and Analytics – provide metrics on fill rate and timelines.
• Human Resources – implement HR policies to improve operations and culture.
• Compliance – ensure compliance with regulations and client practices.
