Job summary

ProStaff Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Bilingual Onsite Staffing Coordinator for our client location in Mahwah, NJ. This role involves active floor presence in a high-volume distribution setting and coordination with employees, client managers, and multiple departments.

The position is a Direct Hire role with pay rate DoE and a schedule of Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4 PM. You will work to understand staffing needs, handle attendance issues, and maintain accurate records to ensure

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing, recruiting, onsite coordination, supervision, or similar roles.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work with multiple managers and departments.
• Experience handling attendance, call-outs, and staffing issues.
• Strong organization, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable being visible and active on the floor.
• Reliable transportation to Mahwah, NJ.
• Flexibility for longer hours during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day staffing activities at the client site.
• Collaborate with client managers to understand staffing needs and respond quickly.
• Support employee attendance, call-outs, and related concerns.
• Communicate staffing updates to appropriate teams.
• Build strong relationships with employees and client management.
• Monitor staffing levels and address needs as they arise.
• Be visible and engaged on the floor to support operations.
• Resolve staffing and employee-related issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure clear communication flows.
• Promote a positive, organized, and productive work environment.
• Be flexible to work longer hours during peak season.
