Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Spanish Speaking HR Assistant for a 100% onsite role in College Park, GA. You will support HR Operations and Talent Acquisition by handling onboarding, compliance, and HR reporting while maintaining strict confidentiality.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in HR coordination or recruiting, strong organizational and communication skills, and a high school diploma with preferred HR certification or college degree.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of HR coordination, recruiting, or related HR experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong business writing
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and HR policies
• Strong organization and time-management in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and transactional processes
• Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and onboarding activities
• Assist with unemployment claims, exit interviews, leave administration and OSHA reporting
• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to support recruitment
• Maintain and track HR compliance programs and prepare HR reports
