Job summary

Openwork, a high-growth staffing company, seeks a Bilingual Staffing Specialist onsite in Georgia. You will recruit and place talent, support English- and Spanish-speaking candidates, and partner with clients to build strong teams.

This role blends sourcing, onboarding, and operation support in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are organized, people-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while delivering staffing solutions.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, able to communicate with candidates and clients.
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, or customer-facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and place talent through job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach; manage full hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Communicate with and support both English- and Spanish-speaking candidates, ensuring understanding of opportunities, schedules, and next steps.
• Coach and support talent during assignments with regular check-ins, feedback, and issue resolution.
• Build strong client relationships by understanding workforce needs and delivering staffing solutions.
• Drive growth by profiling standout candidates, collaborating with sales, and identifying opportunities to serve clients better.
• Assist branch operations with payroll, timekeeping, attendance, and compliance.
