• Assist with employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
• Monitor and maintain staffing levels across departments and shifts.
• Coordinate call-offs, replacements, and schedule adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with client policies and safety expectations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and reports.
• Support special projects and workforce initiatives as needed.

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Bilingual Onsite Coordinator to support one of our manufacturing clients. This position serves as the primary liaison between Express, our associates, and the client, helping ensure smooth workforce operations across multiple shifts.

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and people-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. While our target pay range is $18-$19/hour, we are open to considering exceptional candidates with additional experience. Schedule flexibility is also highly valued, as our primary goal is ensuring coverage across all shifts.
