Job summary

EmployBridge in Austin, TX is seeking a driven Field Recruiter to join our staffing team. This bilingual role focuses on recruiting, onboarding and supporting talent while delivering exceptional service to clients and associates.

The successful candidate will source and interview candidates for various client positions, manage a high-volume workload, and build strong relationships with candidates and clients. Hours are 8am–5pm, Mon–Fri, in-office at Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, sales, or high-volume environments.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience with multiple systems and dashboards; able to multitask under deadlines.
• Professional, adaptable and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, screen, and interview candidates for various client roles.
