Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the onsite representative for Express Employment Professionals.
• Support and engage temporary associates throughout their assignment.
• Conduct new hire orientations and employee check-ins.
• Track attendance, tardiness, and staffing concerns.
• Communicate workforce updates to client leadership and Express management.
• Assist with employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
• Monitor and maintain staffing levels across departments and shifts.
• Coordinate call-offs, replacements, and schedule adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with client policies and safety expectations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and reports.
• Support special projects and workforce initiatives as needed.
