Job summary
Concentrix Services (Georgia) LLC is seeking a Spotify Online Support Advisor fluent in Spanish and English to assist Premium users via email, chat and social channels from a work-at-home setup in Georgia. You will join a team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving inquiries with empathy.
The role requires strong communication, a proactive approach, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and fluency in Spanish (C1) and English (B2) are required or highly preferred.
- Experience in a customer experience center is advantageous.
- Proficient typing and computer skills; comfortable with MS Office and internet-based tools.
Responsibilities
- Support Spotify Premium users via email, chat, and social media, including the Spotify Community site.
- Communicate clearly in Spanish and English; resolve inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver a high-quality customer experience and meet performance targets.
