Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Spotify Online Support Advisor to assist Premium users in Italian and English. You will manage email and chat, engage on social media and the Spotify Community from a work-at-home setup in Georgia, delivering friendly and accurate help.

You need strong communication, Italian at C1, English at B2, and solid computer skills. Flexibility to work shifts, team collaboration, and opportunities for training and career development are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
