Hero Practice Services is seeking a Bilingual Care Scheduling Coordinator to convert calls of non-English speaking patients into appointments through a compassionate, educational experience that supports overall patient health. This remote role requires a professional, patient-focused approach and strong language and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities include scheduling, translating conversations, responding to inquiries, and ensuring high-quality call outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service or call center experience.
• Demonstrated experience with Windows.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Bilingual Care Scheduling Coordinator to convert calls of non-English speaking patients to appointments through a high-quality and compassionate educational experience in support of our patients’ overall health.

This is a remote position.

Pay range: $18.50/hr

Job Responsibilities
