Randstad USA is hiring a Bilingual Site Manager for our Randstad Inhouse Service (RIS) division. This on-site role partners with the client to recruit, screen, and manage a high-volume workforce, acting as an extension of the client's HR function.

The Site Manager will build relationships with hiring managers, understand staffing needs, and screen candidates to fill roles, while ensuring compliance with employment laws and client-specific profiles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business experience in sales and/or recruiting.
• 1+ years in high-volume recruiting or staffing.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships.
• Experience multitasking and prioritizing workload.
• Professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations.
• Ability to present business reviews and workforce strategies to client groups.
• Ability to identify customer needs and deliver, decline, or adjust expectations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong partnership with the client.
• Understand the client's business, processes, policies, and strategic direction.
• Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent.
• Execute recruiting plans to ensure quality and quantity of talent.
• Screen and select candidates per client job profiles and forecasts.
