Rock Spring Contracting, LLC is seeking a bilingual Job Site Safety Coordinator to ensure a safe and compliant environment on our commercial construction sites. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required to communicate with a diverse workforce.

You will work with project teams to identify hazards, conduct safety training, perform audits, and lead incident investigations. Travel to multiple sites and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualificações

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication abilities (verbal & written).
• Basic knowledge of construction safety standards & practices.
• Experience in construction safety or risk management preferred.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with departments to plan hazard controls and PPE usage.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, VOSH, MOSH and company safety policies; stay updated on regulations.
• Represent the company during safety inspections and client communications.
• Perform safety observations, inspections, and audits; report unsafe conditions and suggest corrective actions.
• Lead investigations into near misses and incidents; identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Conduct safety trainings in English and Spanish for employees.
• Provide first-aid support and ensure proper reporting.
• Assist with other safety-related tasks as needed.
