Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication is required.
• Experience in construction safety or risk management preferred.
• Strong report-writing and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in researching regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments to plan hazard control and PPE use.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, VOSH, MOSH and safety policies.
• Represent the company during safety inspections with clients.
• Perform site safety observations, inspections, and audits with detailed reporting.
• Lead near-miss and incident investigations and develop corrective actions.
• Conduct bilingual safety training sessions (English/Spanish).
• Provide first-aid support and proper documentation.
