Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in construction safety or risk management.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong report-writing and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of OSHA, VOSH, MOSH regulations and safety best practices.
• Ability to travel to job sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety audits and site inspections, reporting findings and corrective actions.
• Deliver safety training sessions in English and Spanish.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes.
• Coordinate safety planning with project teams and clients.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
