Rock Spring Contracting, LLC is seeking a Senior Safety Manager to lead safety programs on commercial construction sites. The role requires bilingual communication in English and Spanish to promote safety across all trades and departments.

You will identify hazards, conduct site inspections, and reinforce best practices in alignment with regulations. The position emphasizes program development, training delivery, incident investigations, and strong collaboration with project teams.

Formación

• Bilingual in English and Spanish for field and classroom communication.
• Understands construction safety standards and can implement company programs.
• Experience in construction safety, risk management, or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and implement hazard control solutions with PPE or engineered systems.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, VOSH, MOSH, and company safety policies.
• Represent the company during safety inspections and client communications.
• Conduct site observations, inspections, and audits; report and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations and develop corrective actions.
• Deliver safety training in English and Spanish to field employees.
• Provide first-aid and ensure proper reporting and documentation.
• Support additional safety-related tasks as needed.
