Rock Spring Contracting, LLC is seeking a Safety Coordinator to manage safety on commercial construction job sites. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong knowledge of OSHA standards, and the ability to lead safety programs across departments.

You will perform safety inspections, deliver training, investigate incidents, and coordinate with project teams to reduce risk while maintaining compliance and a culture of safety.

Formación

• Basic knowledge of construction safety standards and practices.
• Experience in construction safety or risk management preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate safety planning with multiple departments and PPE usage.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, VOSH, MOSH regulations.
• Represent Rock Spring during safety inspections with clients.
• Conduct safety observations, inspections and audits; report findings.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Provide safety training in English and Spanish.
• Support first-aid and other safety-related tasks.
