Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Bilingual On-site Recruiter in Chandler, MN. The role supports client sites by recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and leading on-site staff, with duties including workforce communications and reporting.

Ideal candidates will be fluent in Spanish and English and comfortable using MS Office and Outlook. The position offers strong benefits, competitive PTO, and growth opportunities within a family-run, woman-owned company.

Responsibilities

• Fills and services client orders utilizing the Applicant Tracking System and communicates on open positions to appropriate departments and management.
• Conducts orientations and provides check-in support for employees, if applicable.
• Provides accurate data/reports to client and managers in timely manner. Presents to client during quarterly reviews.
• Provides accurate, timely and complete daily activity reports.
• Ensures high quality of standards by conducting activities and maintaining systems that secure Doherty’s position as provider of the highest quality service to customers.

The schedule is Monday – Friday, 11:00am – 8:00pm

This individual recruits, interviews, hires, and provides leadership for on-site staff at client site. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Fills and services client orders utilizing the Applicant Tracking System and communicates on open positions to appropriate departments and management.
