Qualifications

• Familiar with MS Office Suite, especially Outlook.
• Spanish and English speaking proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Fills and services client orders utilizing the Applicant Tracking System and communicates on open positions to appropriate departments and management.
• Conducts orientations and provides check-in support for employees, if applicable.
• Provides accurate data/reports to client and managers in timely manner. Presents to client during quarterly reviews.
• Provides accurate, timely and complete daily activity reports.
• Ensures high quality of standards by conducting activities and maintaining systems that secure Doherty’s position as provider of the highest quality service to customers.
