Position Overview

Abacus Staffing is seeking a dependable and motivatedOn-Site Managerto support workforce operations across multiple client locations throughout the Orlando metro area. This role requires a flexible professional who can travel between2-3 sites, including locations inApopka, Northwest Orlando, and East Orlando.

The ideal candidate is bilingual inEnglish and Spanish, has strong communication and organizational skills, and is proficient in theMicrosoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site contact for employees and client representatives
• Monitor attendance, staffing levels, and daily workforce needs
• Conduct employee check-ins and provide support for scheduling and attendance issues
• Assist with onboarding, orientations, and workforce communications
