Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site contact for employees and client representatives.
• Monitor attendance, staffing levels, and daily workforce needs.
• Conduct employee check-ins and provide scheduling/attendance support.
• Assist with onboarding, orientations, and workforce communications.
• Create and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel and other MS Office apps.
• Manage employee records, schedules, and client communications.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
• Support recruiting and workforce management initiatives as needed.
