Abacus Staffing in Orlando, FL is seeking an On-Site Manager who is bilingual (English/Spanish) to coordinate workforce operations across multiple client locations in the Orlando metro area. The role requires traveling between sites (Apopka, Northwest Orlando, East Orlando) and delivering strong communication, reporting in Excel, and staff support.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential; evenings and weekend flexibility may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Experience in staffing or workforce management preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite incl. Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel between sites.
• Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site contact for employees and client representatives.
• Monitor attendance, staffing levels, and daily workforce needs.
• Conduct employee check-ins and support scheduling/attendance issues.
• Assist with onboarding, orientations, and workforce communications.
• Create and maintain reports using Excel and other Office apps.
• Manage employee records, schedules, and client communications.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety procedures.
• Support recruiting and workforce management initiatives as needed.
• Travel between multiple sites in the Orlando area.
