Job summary

Abacus Staffing is seeking an On-Site Manager to support workforce operations across multiple client locations throughout the Port Redding metro area. The role requires travel between 2-3 sites, including locations in the Orlando area.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, has strong communication and organizational skills, and is proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
• Experience in staffing, workforce management, warehouse operations, or supervisory roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site contact for employees and client representatives.
• Monitor attendance, staffing levels, and daily workforce needs.
• Conduct employee check-ins and provide support for scheduling and attendance issues.
• Assist with onboarding, orientations, and workforce communications.
• Create and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Manage employee records, schedules, and client communications.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
• Support recruiting and workforce management initiatives as needed.
• Travel between multiple work sites throughout the Orlando area.

Position Overview

Abacus Staffing is seeking a dependable and motivated On-Site Manager to support workforce operations across multiple client locations throughout the Port Redding metro area. This role requires a flexible professional who can travel between 2-3 sites, including locations in metro Miami area.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, has strong communication and organizational skills, and is proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
