Job summary

Solis Health Plans, Inc. is seeking a Lead Member Services Representative to oversee our onsite customer service team in Miami, FL. You will train staff, manage schedules, and ensure service levels while resolving member inquiries and complaints.

The position emphasizes supervisory duties, performance reviews, and collaboration with other departments to enhance member experience while complying with HIPAA and plan policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least three years of customer service experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Trains new employees in customer service policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of assigned staff.
• Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
• Handles discipline and termination of employees with manager as needed and in accordance with company policy.
• Monitors calls and other customer interactions to ensure quality and compliance.
• Ensures staff are informed about changes to products and services.
• Prepares monthly reports on team performance and customer inquiries.
• Assists callers on inquiries regarding coverage decisions, grievances, and eligibility verification.
