Job summary

Help at Home is seeking a Care Supervisor Lead for the Miami market. You will oversee a team of Care Supervisors, coordinate caregiver schedules, support client experiences, and drive workforce management with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, have supervisory health-care experience, and demonstrate strong organizational and coaching skills to build high-performing teams in a home-care setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related discipline required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Three years of health care experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of Care Supervisor staff in the Miami market.
• Coordinate Care Givers’ schedules to ensure client service is maintained.
• Lead team meetings, provide coaching, and ensure accountability for goals.
• Train Care Supervisors and new team members; manage staffing and on-call duties.
• Maintain client and caregiver data; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
