Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an On Premise Field Operations Associate to support day-to-day workforce administration and site access processes. You will ensure accurate timekeeping, track attendance and disciplinary documentation, and assist with onboarding and contractor support at our Mississippi site.

You will collaborate with managers, HR, and vendors to resolve issues, process timecards, and maintain trackers. Requires 2+ years in a customer service role and an associate degree or equivalent

Qualifications

• Attention to detail with careful handling of sensitive information
• Strong written and verbal communication for customer service
• Ability to track and document attendance/timekeeping issues clearly
• Experience working with timekeeping/HR systems or spreadsheets
• Capability to prioritize requests and meet weekly deadlines
• Customer service mindset and professional demeanor

Responsibilities

• Process employee timecards and follow up on missing/incorrect entries with site management
• Coordinate new-hire badge creation and site access information
• Audit timecards for attendance occurrences and document findings
• Maintain and update attendance and tracker records; distribute updates to HR
• Record weekly disciplinary actions and share summary with managers and HR
• Assist with resolving invoicing discrepancies with internal stakeholders and vendors
• Provide day-to-day administrative support for contractors and onboarding tasks
• Place outbound calls to support completion of pre-employment paperwork and onboarding
