Charlie Clark Auto Group in Brownsville, TX is seeking an Automotive Video Advisor. You will film yourself providing professional updates on customer vehicles and explain diagnostic findings clearly to customers, translating technician language into simple terms.

The role is on-site, customer-facing, and requires fluency in English and Spanish. The ideal candidate can confidently communicate with customers and technicians, maintain a professional on-camera presence, and work with service staff

Qualifications

• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish.
• High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Automotive knowledge or experience is strongly preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be comfortable using smartphones, video equipment, and basic computer applications.
• Must be comfortable learning and using dealership/service management software.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License
• Clean driving record
• Professional demeanor and appearance.

Responsibilities

• Film yourself providing professional video updates on customer vehicles.
• Conduct and document video vehicle inspections and walkarounds.
• Explain mechanical and diagnostic findings clearly to customers.
• Communicate the current status of vehicles throughout the repair process.
• Explain technician recommendations, required repairs, maintenance needs, and safety concerns.
• Work closely with technicians to understand diagnostic findings and repair recommendations.
• Translate technical automotive terminology into clear, customer-friendly language.
• Capture photos and video of vehicle concerns, damaged components, repairs, and recommended services.
• Ensure customers receive timely and accurate updates regarding their vehicles.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and trustworthy on-camera presence.
• Follow up with customers regarding inspection findings and vehicle status as directed.
• Help create transparency and confidence throughout the customer’s service experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication regarding each vehicle.
• Assist the Service and Management teams with customer communication as needed.
