Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking an On-Call Coordinator to manage after-hours scheduling and client coordination for our Washington area.

This part-time role supports recruiters after hours and requires rapid response, accurate documentation, and coordination of staff during off-peak times. Ideal candidate will be located in the PST time zone to support High Volume PST Weekend and be bilingual in Spanish, with strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must have internet access and a personal device.
• Experience in an office with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Spanish speaking required.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Responds to incoming calls after normal business hours.
• Responds promptly to messages left (within 15 minutes).
• Documents client, patient, and caregiver occurrences in the system.
• Communicates with clients when an employee calls off or is late.
• Delegates and plans tasks to appropriate staff during off-hours.
• Informs staff of scheduling changes as needed.
• Staffs call-outs promptly and coordinates after-hours staffing.
• Troubleshoots after-hours issues and delegates appropriately.
• Keeps office staff informed at start of normal business hours.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
