Job summary

Personal Touch Home Care in Brooklyn, NY is seeking an After Hours Coordinator to support scheduling and coordinating patient care in our call center. The role requires a bilingual English/Spanish candidate and offers evenings, weekends, and holiday coverage.

You will answer calls, update schedules, coordinate staff, and ensure timely billing and service delivery while upholding regulatory requirements and our customer service standards. In-house work with occasional remote Fridays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answering customer calls and providing accurate answers to queries.
• Informing patients/families about changes to services.
• Schedule/coordinate patient care staff per agency policy.
• Update daily employee absentee status and time summaries.
• Assist in compiling schedules and time summaries weekly.
• Manage pre-billing and visit verification in a timely manner.
• Conduct monthly patient satisfaction calls as instructed.
