Qualifications

• Customer service or client support, scheduling or staffing coordination is recommended.
• Healthcare or home health knowledge is preferred, but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client needs with field staff capabilities to ensure service delivery.
• Assign duties to clinicians matching qualifications to ensure safe, efficient service.
• Support cost containment and utilize clinicians effectively.
• Communicate effectively and listen actively with clients and clinicians.
• Maintain excellent rapport with clients and clinicians.
• May participate in after-hours on-call duty including weekends/holidays.
• Ensure productivity requirements are met.
• Represent the organization professionally and promote teamwork.
