Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an On-Call Coordinator to manage after-hours scheduling and client coordination. This part-time role is limited to 20 hours per week and requires bilingual Spanish and willingness to work in the PST time zone to support high-volume weekend coverage.

The candidate will respond to after-hours calls, document incidents, and coordinate staff with recruiters. Strong communication, organization, and computer skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Internet access and personal device required.
• Experience in an office environment with strong communication and organization.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Spanish speaking ability required.

Responsibilities

• Responds to after-hours calls within 15 minutes.
• Schedules and coordinates after-hours staffing.
• Documents client, patient, and caregiver occurrences in the system.
• Communicates with clients when an employee is unavailable.
• Keeps staff informed of scheduling changes at start of business hours.
• Assists branch recruiters after normal business hours.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
