Molly Maid of Plano, Rockwall & Rowlett is seeking a bilingual Field Operations Manager (English/Spanish) to lead and develop our frontline workforce. This hands-on role is focused on staffing, performance, coaching, training and retention, reporting to the Operations Manager and Team Leaders.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays; compensation includes a guaranteed base of $18/hour plus performance incentives, with target annual pay around $58,000 and top-tier

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years supervising frontline teams.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Hands-on people management, not just HR admin.
• Experience coaching, performance and accountability.
• Proficient with Excel, Outlook and Word; data-driven.

Responsibilities
