Gray Media, Inc. seeks a well-qualified Multimedia Sales Manager for Telemundo Atlanta. This role will be based in our Atlanta office and accountable for maximizing broadcast, digital and CTV revenue with agencies and local clients in the sales region.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Hispanic media ad/digital sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to lead multi‑platform campaigns across TV, digital, social, and influencer channels. Fluency in English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working with clients and agencies on local and national scale for broadcast TV & digital advertising sales.
• Relationship builder with engaging personality and drive to win.
• Ability to sell multi‑platform programs including TV, Digital, Social, and Influencer marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maximize Telemundo Atlanta’s broadcast TV, digital & CTV revenue through large agencies and local clients.
• Oversee Telemundo Atlanta local sales for Broadcast, Digital, and Community Events to exceed revenue targets.
• Develop opportunities for product/process improvements with significant revenue potential.
• Maintain client relationships and develop new business prospects.
• Prepare sales activity reports and manage account databases.
