The Valcap Group is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a multifamily community. You will lead the onsite team, manage leasing, budgets, and resident relations to drive NOI growth.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, with 5+ years in multifamily property management and proficiency in ResMan. You will balance resident satisfaction with financial performance and pursue occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• ResMan software experience required.
• 5+ years of property management in multifamily housing required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and drive occupancy.
• Track record of increasing occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite team including leasing staff and maintenance.
• Communicate with English- and Spanish-speaking residents and staff.
• Oversee leasing, renewals, occupancy goals, and resident relations.
• Utilize ResMan for financial reporting, leasing activity, and records.
• Ensure budget compliance and track expenses.
• Develop marketing and leasing strategies to maximize occupancy.
• Conduct property inspections and maintain company standards.
• Handle escalated resident concerns professionally.
