Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• 5+ years of property management in multifamily housing.
• Experience using ResMan software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze financials, and improve occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite team including leasing staff and maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking residents and staff.
• Oversee leasing, renewals, occupancy goals, and resident relations.
• Utilize ResMan for financial reporting, leasing activity, and resident records.
• Ensure budget compliance, track expenses, and drive NOI growth.
• Develop and implement marketing and leasing strategies to maximize occupancy.
• Conduct regular property inspections and maintain company standards.
• Handle escalated resident concerns and resolve issues professionally.
