Job summary

The Valcap Group is seeking a motivated Bilingual Assistant Property Manager to join our team in Tennessee. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of property management or leasing experience and is fluent in Spanish and English.

You will assist the Property Manager with daily operations, leasing, renewals, and resident relations, using ResMan for records and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of property management or leasing experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations, leasing, renewals, and resident relations.
• Communicate with residents and prospects in Spanish and English.
• Use ResMan to manage resident records, applications, leases, and reports.
• Support rent collection and delinquency follow-up.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services.
• Lead the office when the Property Manager is unavailable.
