Job summary

The Valcap Group is hiring a Bilingual Assistant Property Manager to join our property management team in Denton, TX. The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English and has at least 1 year of property management or leasing experience.

You will support the Property Manager with daily operations, leasing, renewals, and resident relations. You will communicate with residents in both languages, use ResMan for records and reporting, assist with rent collection, and coordinate maintenance with

• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with daily operations, leasing, renewals, and resident relations.
• Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking residents and prospects.
• Utilize ResMan to manage resident records, applications, lease files, and financial reporting.
• Support rent collection, payment processing, and delinquency follow-up.
• Handle resident inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional, timely manner.
• Help coordinate maintenance requests, inspections, and vendor services.
• Step in to lead the office when the Property Manager is unavailable.
